The
Virtual9 Hotel Branch Return
system is designed for small-to-medium
hotel groups who need to report sales figures to a central Head Office
location.
The screenshot shows the daily entry screen for Room Sales
- other revenue
areas analysed are shown in the buttons down the left hand side of the
screen.
The system also allows for entry of budgets, for analysis
purposes.
An extensive suite of reports is built into the system,
which displays the
revenue taken and allows comparison of revenue with forecast, budget,
and
last year on a daily, weekly, period, and annual basis.
The Branch Return system is web-enabled, and thus can
deliver the
statistics from individual hotels to Head Office via a secure website.
The
data may be uploaded from the hotels every day, week, or end-of-period,
enabling Head Office to have a very up-to-date picture of trading
conditions if required.
